I am working with a unique business that is looking to hire an Executive Recruiter to focus on the aged care sector with an Australia wide remit. .
Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, you will be focused on permanent opportunities across:
Facilities Managers
Nurses
Site Managers
Operations Managers
The roles you will be working on, will sit between an average annual salary of $130k - $200k and you will have a large portfolio of clients to partner with.
The organisation is a house hold name within the Aged Cared sector, you will be expected to business develop to generate opportunities but as the brand is so recognisable it will be an easy introduction.
You will also receive a steady inflow of opportunities to work on but the organisation will expect you to build your own networks across their existing client base so you can build you own brand and be the go to person who specialises in the above mentioned roles.
Your day to day responsibilities will be in line with traditional recruitment activities - networking with clients, sourcing and interviewing candidates, meeting clients face to face (there could also be some occasional interstate travel) providing market information to clients and candidates and becoming an expert in the field of Aged Care.
You will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary along with uncapped commission to be paid on a quarterly basis.
